In this Order—
“the Act” means the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949[^2];
“the relevant approvals” means the approval, by the Secretary of State[^3] under section 52(1) of the Act[^4] of the proposals contained in the—
(a)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW1, Cremyll to Mount Batten Point report on 6th March 2024;
(b)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW2, Mount Batten Point to Yealm Estuary report on 13th January 2021;
(c)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW3, Yealm Estuary report on 13th January 2021;
(d)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW4, Yealm Estuary to Mothecombe Beach report on 13th January 2021;
(e)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW5, Mothecombe Beach to the Avon Estuary report on 23rd November 2023;
(f)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW6, Avon Estuary report on 13th January 2021;
(g)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW7, Avon Estuary to Kingsbridge Estuary report on 13th January 2021;
(h)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW8, Kingsbridge Estuary to Torcross report on 13th January 2021;

“the relevant reports” means the reports submitted by Natural England to the Secretary of State under sections 51 and 55A of the Act[^5] on 9th December 2020 [^6] entitled—

England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW1, Cremyll to Mount Batten Point;
(b)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW2, Mount Batten Point to Yealm Estuary;
(c)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW3, Yealm Estuary;
(d)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW4, Yealm Estuary to Mothecombe Beach;
(e)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW5, Mothecombe Beach to the Avon Estuary;
(f)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW6, Avon Estuary;
(g)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW7, Avon Estuary to Kingsbridge Estuary;
(h)
England Coast Path Cremyll to Kingswear CKW8, Kingsbridge Estuary to Torcross;
